We understand your time is valuable and we make every effort to see your pet at your scheduled time without untimely delays. Please understand, however, that unexpected urgent situations, emergencies, and surgical complications that may arise will sometimes force delays in our appointment scheduling. We try to keep clients informed of unexpected delays so you may make necessary adjustments to your schedule. If delays arise and your pet is scheduled for routine preventive health care, you may find it more convienient to utilize our Drop-Off service by leaving your pet for the necessary care to pick up at a later time. This will allow you to avoid prolonged waiting periods that may arise beyound our control.
PHONE INQUIRIES
We are pleased to address any telephone inquires you may have. Telephone inquiries can be made at anytime during regular office hours. Our staff is trained to answer most questions that you may have regarding pet health care, and we would ask that you direct your inquiries to the our office and support staff personel. The appointment and surgical scheduling of our practice makes it impossible for the doctors to personally address phone inquiries and informational calls. If you have an inquiry that our staff cannot address, they will consult with a doctor and return a call to you as quickly as possible. Please realize that we cannot make medical diagnosis, or recommend treatment of pets that we have not examined. If you make an inquiry to our staff about a sick pet you will be advised that the pet should be examined by a doctor in order to make appropriate recommendations. Our phone number is 606-436-3446.
EMERGENCY SERVICES
 Emergency After Hours Services are available on a 24 hour basis for our regular ESTABLISHED CLIENTS and their pets. Established clients are provided an with an emergency pager number, which they may utilize to contact a doctor after hours for EMERGENCY CARE. Please only utilize this service for true emergencies. We would ask that you direct general information calls to our staff during regular business hours. Additional fees are incurred for use of the After Hours Emergency Service.
